Dear customers,

While keeping the same high standards of cleanliness that we've maintained over nearly 7 years in this business, starting today, we have decided to block one day on our calendar before and after each reservation to prevent same-day check-ins/check-outs and therefore our properties will remained unoccupied for a full 24 hours in between bookings, where possible, to ventilate them with plenty of fresh air before any cleaning takes place.

As you may have heard in the news, the Greek government has had one of the best approaches to the coronavirus pandemic.  To know more about these measures you can visit the Greek ministry of tourism website at http://www.visitgreece.gr/en/home/about_covid_19

We would like to inform those who may be thinking of booking a holiday in Crete that we still accept reservations as normal through our website http://www.rethymnoselfcatering.com

Our larger two-storey holiday home is a fully-licensed accommodation that follows all the same regulations as hotels.

We know that many of you, even if you do wish to travel, are unsure whether flights are going to be available and at what dates. For this, we urge you to contact your flight providers as we have no information for individual countries and companies. What we know for sure, is that flights are going to be rolled out first for European countries, before they become available for North America, Australia, etc.

Of course, we understand many of you will not feel comfortable traveling abroad this year and will choose to stay home or travel within your own countries. We assure you that Crete's sunny climate and lovely beaches will still be waiting to welcome you on another year.

Whatever you do, we hope you find ways to enjoy yourselves during these challenging times and stay safe. Hoping that things will only get better from now on.

Sincerely,
Valantis Gasparis
